I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and out of balance, like you have a lot of plates spinning and that there’s never enough time to do it all. I know the constant pressure of trying to keep everyone happy, to do everything that needs to be done AND try to find time for any kind of personal care or connection in relationships.

Getting more of what you want in life is difficult to achieve when you’re judging yourself, trying to control everything outside of you, and feeling frustrated and overwhelmed.

The calmness and connection I was looking for happened when I learned what the real problem was, applied the tools that helped straightaway and made a plan to move forward.

I’ve been a stay-at-home and work-from-home mum over the past 15 years to 2 kids and 1 pooch, and married for 16+ years.

I am a trained and experienced primary school teacher (K-6) with a Graduate Diploma of Psychology.

I had intended on continuing my psychology studies and becoming a registered psychologist when I discovered life coaching.

After applying the work to my own life and seeing the transformation that was possible there, I decided to become a certified life coach and help other mums who are the feeling the way I was.

I undertook my certification through The Life Coach School - a school which trains coaches in how to use ‘causal coaching’ to help clients. We don’t just treat the symptoms of the situation, we find the root cause and help our clients understand and change it to create the life they want.

I’m also currently undertaking an Advanced Certification in Motherhood and Family Life Coaching with Molly Claire, where I am taking my coaching skills to the next level and learning new skills to help my clients even more.

Additionally I am an authorised 'Parent Effectiveness Training’ (P.E.T) instructor and offer this standalone program to those who also want support and guidance with their parenting. P.E.T is an evidence-based program developed by Dr Thomas Gordon - an award-winning psychologist and three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee - which offers step-by-step advice to resolve family conflict that will help you parent with greater confidence and peace.
